Swagelok West Houston meets the definition of "Essential Critical Infrastructure" as provided by the Department of Homeland Security, Cyber and Infrastructure Security Administration (CISA) and will remain open and operating during the stay-at-home order issued by Harris County.

Swagelok manufacturing is also considered “Essential Critical Infrastructure” and our supply chain is intact.

Customer Pickup/Walk-Ins: Our Will Call has been modified to offer curbside pickup. If you need to pick up an order, we ask that you place the order via phone 281.531.5855 or email info@westhouston.swagelok.com then call in advance to allow us ample time to prepare your order for pick up. You may wait in your car outside of the will call door and your product will be delivered curbside. Just give us a call from your vehicle as you are pulling in.

On-site Visits: To help stop the spread of the virus, we have implemented a "No Visitor" policy at our location. Rest assured our team is available virtually via phone, email, video conferencing, and text communication.

Customer Service and Office Associates: We have reduced our on-site staff to essential associates only but will be available via email, phone and virtual meetings. We will continue to process quotes, orders and ship orders directly to you.
