As we continuously work to improve our processes, Swagelok Southeast Texas (SSET) has been working to transfer our internal business system onto a new SAP-based ERP system which will go live on August 31, 2020.
While developing the system implementation plan, we have made every effort to ensure there is minimal disruption to our customers during the go live week and weeks that follow. Currently, we do not expect delivery or invoicing disruption to our customers during the transition period.
If anything changes, we will notify you, our customer, as soon as possible. As always, we are grateful for your continued business and look forward to providing you with the best service possible.
