Dear Valued Customer,

As a reminder, Swagelok Southeast Texas (SSET) has been working diligently over the last two years to transfer our internal business system onto a new SAP-based ERP system which will go live on August 31, 2020. While developing the system implementation plan, we have made every effort to ensure there is minimal disruption to our customers. There are some changes for our customers that we wanted to make you aware of.
• We will be referencing a new customer numbers on invoices.

• Invoice, quote and delivery numbers will change.

Historically, implementing a new ERP system impacts quote responsiveness.  We will be tracking this closely and working to improve overall customer experience in the next several weeks.
