Super Flange™ - Series 7200
 
The Super Flange™ Series 7200 is a versatile restrained flange adapter designed to connect plain end pipe to a flange end component. May be installed on ductile iron, steel, PVC, PVCO and HDPE pipe.

Product SPECS
  • UL/ULC listed in sizes 3” to 12” for use on ductile iron and steel pipe.
  • FM Approved in sizes 4” to 12” for use on C900 PVC pipe.
  • The restraint, flange adapter, wedges, and actuating bolts are made of high strength ductile iron in accordance with ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12.
  • Wedges are heat treated to a minimum 370 BHN (Brinell Hardness Number).
  • The MJ gasket and flange o’ring gasket are made from styrene butadiene rubber (SBR).
  • Flange Adapter and gaskets are UL/ANSI/NSF Standards 61 and 372 compliant.
  • Flange meets ANSI Class 125/150 and ANSI/AWWA C115/A21.15 drill pattern.
  • The safety factor is twice (2:1) the product pressure rating (see Catalog online).

RESTRAINT GLAND COATING:

Comes Standard with StarBond™ coating.


FLANGE ADAPTER RING COATING:

Comes standard with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE)


HARDWARE OPTIONS:

Comes Standard with hex head bolts per ASTM A307, Grade B and nuts per ASTM A563. Bolts and nuts are also zinc plated.
Optional hardware available in 304SS, 316SS and Star-Blue Fluoropolymer.
