1. World Communion Sunday
October 4, 10 a.m., Sanctuary and Livestream
We are thrilled to celebrate the global church of Jesus Christ together in worship through Communion and the Proclaimed Word of God, brought to us from Pastor Jean Valéry Vital-Herne in Haiti. Scripture reminds us that whether we are worshipping from halfway around the globe, from our living rooms, or from the Sanctuary that we are God's people and are one body through the Spirit of Jesus Christ, our Lord! (1 Corinthians 12:12-13).

We are thrilled to have guest preacher, Jean Valery Vital-Herne. He is an ordained pastor of the Church of God of Prophecy. He’s been working in Capacity Building, leadership development and advocacy for the past 15 years. He is passionate to see the church in Haiti play its role as salt and light in the world, especially in hard places. Since 2016, he has collaborated with Living Water in different capacities to engage in Integral Mission churches partnering with the organization. Valery has studied Business Administration, Literature and is completing a study in Transformational Leadership. He is married to Kettely and they have two children, Emilie and Jonathan.
Worship for this special day will be livestreamed from the Sanctuary at 10 a.m., and we invite you to come celebrate with us in person with your masks on and physically distanced! Find all the details about our annual Flag Processional during the service by clicking the Connect button at the bottom of this page. Worship is only livestreamed at 10 a.m. this week (no service links this week will be provided for Vimeo and YouTube).
If in-person worship is not right for your family yet, please continue to join us for our livestream service at 10 a.m. The link will be available HERE. And as we join together as the Church from our various locations, we invite you to celebrate Holy Communion with your family. Please find something to use for bread and for juice/wine so that you can celebrate with us!
NOTE: NO REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY FOR OCTOBER 4. On Monday, October 5, we will open registration for the rest of October's in-person services. We also will open up registration for childcare. See details for childcare by clicking the Connect button at the bottom of this page.
