2. Register for Christmas for the City: December 13

NOTE: Due to the weather forecast for Sunday, we are making plans to move the lunch and event indoors. We will be following all of our COVID-19 protocol and using spaces that have our special air filtration system to maximize our safety efforts. There's still time to register for the event by using the link below. If you have registered previously and now are unable to join us, please contact Gina Enriquez.

Each year in December, our congregation comes together for a one-day service project to support a Houston-based mission partner. During Grace’s Christmas for the City, we can live out our faith by giving our time, resources and love to serve others.

This year we are excited to continue our partnership with Kids' Meals Inc., a Houston based organization that makes and delivers free, healthy lunches directly to the homes of preschool age children who don’t have access to school-based free meal programs. Read more about Kids' Meals here. Our goal is to pack 10,000 bagged lunches for Kids' Meals!

How you can Help:

1. Register to volunteer for packing bags on December 13. Register HERE

2. Purchase and decorate brown lunch bags and drop them at the Grace Welcome Center. (No stickers, please, because they fall off during delivery!)

Living Water Alternative Gift Giving Opportunity
during Christmas for the City

Make gift giving more meaningful this year by purchasing a gift card from Living Water International. The recipient gets to choose what project he or she would like to help fund.  Instead of socks for Uncle Harry or perfume for Aunt Sue, give them a gift that keeps on giving to a Third World Community -- safe, clean water in the name of Jesus, who is the living water for our souls.

Look for Living Water displays around the Grace campus on December 13.

3. Christmas Eve Poinsettia Dedications

Every Advent, the Grace Sanctuary is filled with poinsettias given in honor or in memory of someone. Now through December 12, you may purchase a poinsettia for dedication. Donations that do not accompany the proper form cannot be guaranteed for inclusion in the Christmas Eve worship announcements. Click HERE for more information or to donate a dedication.
